# Subscribeforms

> Overview of everything about subscribeforms in Laposta: choosing, creating, placing, what happens after a subscription, spam and the Contact Centre.

With a subscribe form, interested people can sign up for your newsletter themselves. Anyone who fills in the form is automatically added to the corresponding list. You can manage this list under [Subscribers](/relaties-overzicht).

You decide which details to ask for. Asking only for an email address keeps the barrier to entry low. If you also ask for a first name, last name, address or date of birth, you can use those details to personalise a newsletter or segment your list. You set up which fields can be shown on the form in your list settings. Make sure to do this during the [preparation](/wat-moet-ik-doen-voordat-ik-een-aanmeldformulier-opmaak) before you start designing the form.
