# Enabling Fresh view in a management environment

> As an administrator, you first grant permission for Fresh view in the management environment. After that, you can enable the feature per account.

If your organisation works with a [management environment](/wat-is-een-beheeromgeving), Fresh view is not enabled automatically for the sub-accounts. This ensures the feature is not switched on for the entire organisation all at once.

As an administrator, you therefore need to grant permission in the management environment first. After that, you can enable Fresh view in the accounts where you want to use the feature. Completing only the first step is therefore not enough.

#### Grant permission in the management environment

1. Log in to the management environment as an administrator.
2. Go to the settings of the management environment and tick the option to make Fresh view available for the sub-accounts.

#### Enable Fresh view in an account

1. Log in to the sub-account where you want to use the feature.
2. In the bottom left of your screen, go to Settings → Account → Fresh look.
3. Under ‘Show Fresh look’, select ‘Yes’.
4. If you do not want your name to be included in the analysis, select ‘Yes’ under ‘Anonymise’ on the same page. You can configure this for each individual account.
5. Save the settings.

The ‘Fresh view’ button will then immediately appear in the top right of the editor, in step 4 of your campaign.
