# Using this manual as an AI source

> Share pages from this manual with your own AI assistant via the button menu, an .md link, or /llms.txt, without an API key.

An AI assistant can read this manual and answer your questions about it. This is free of charge and works straight away. If you also want an assistant to be able to work in your account, please see [Connect an AI assistant](/laposta-gebruiken-met-ai).

## Copying or opening a page in your AI assistant

At the top right of every page, there is a button menu that lets you easily share the content with an assistant, without having to copy and paste.

| Button | What it does |
| ---------------- | ----------------------------------------------- |
| Copy page | Copies the page as plain text to your clipboard |
| View as Markdown | Opens that same plain version in your browser |
| Open in Claude | Starts a conversation with this page attached |
| Open in ChatGPT | The same, but in ChatGPT |

## Sharing a page or the entire manual via a link

If you prefer working with links, you can add `.md` to the end of any page URL. You will then get the plain text of that page, including in English, German, and Spanish. To do this, copy the URL as it appears in your address bar. Each language has its own prefix, such as `/en-GB/` for English.

If you want an assistant to know the entire manual, point it to `/llms.txt`. This is an index of all pages, specifically designed for AI systems.
