# Transferring subscribers from Apple Contacts to Laposta

> Export your contacts via Apple Numbers or Excel to a file that you can import into Laposta.

On a Mac, the easiest way to copy your subscribers is to paste them into Apple Numbers and then export them as a .csv or .xls file. If you have Excel installed, you can also paste the list there and save it as an Excel file.

> These steps have not been tested on versions older than macOS Monterey.

#### Select your contacts

Open Apple Contacts and select all or some of your contacts. Click on a contact and press Command + A to select all, or hold down Shift and click on another contact to select a range.

#### Create a blank document in Numbers

Open Apple Numbers and create a new, blank document.

#### Drag the contacts into Numbers

Drag the selected contacts into the first cell in Numbers.

#### Export to CSV

In the top-left corner, click File → Export To → CSV.
