# Editing your Contact Centre

> Manage the lists, fields and texts of your subscribe and unsubscribe page via the 'Contact Centre' tab in your administration panel.

If you have had a Contact centre developed, you will have an extensive subscribe and unsubscribe page that displays lists from multiple accounts side by side. Subscribers can use this page to indicate which newsletters they want to receive. You decide which lists are included, which fields subscribers need to fill in, and which texts they read. To do this, go to the ‘Contact centre’ tab in your management environment.

If you do not see this tab, your Contact centre is from an older generation. It was set up as a custom solution and cannot be edited by you. For modifications, send an email to [helpdesk@laposta.nl](mailto:helpdesk@laposta.nl).

Each Contact centre is listed on its own row. If you have several, they are listed one below the other here.

| Column or link | What you see or do |
| -------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Name | The name of the Contact centre. |
| Lists | The number of linked lists. |
| Draft version? | Indicates whether an unpublished change is waiting. |
| Configure | Opens the settings for the lists, fields, and explanatory texts. |
| Change name | Changes the name of the form. |
| View | Opens a preview of your Contact centre in a new window. |

## Publishing changes

Anything you save in the configuration is first placed in a draft version. At this stage, your subscribers will still see the old page. Check your adjustments via ‘View’. Your subscribers will only see the new page once you click ‘Publish changes’.

## Adding and arranging lists

Click ‘Configure’ to go to the ‘Lists’ page. On the left are the blocks containing the current lists in your Contact centre. On the right are all the accounts from your management environment, with their lists and the number of active subscribers per list shown below them.

| What you want to do | How to do it |
| ------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Add a list | Drag the box for that list from the right to the desired position in your block. |
| Change the order | Drag a box on the left to the desired position. |
| Remove a list | Click the cross in the box on the left. |

### Adjusting settings per list

Click a list in your block to determine how it appears in the form. In the pop-up, enter the name under which the list will appear in the Contact centre, add an optional description, and choose which extra fields subscribers will see alongside the email address.

## Editing texts and fields

On the ‘Lists’ page, click the text above a block to open the editor. Edit the title and introduction here, and add a link if required.

### Setting up other texts and the base list

Go to the ‘General’ page for the remaining texts, from the title of the browser window to the privacy statement. Here you can see where each text is located in the form and edit it directly.

On this page, you also choose which list serves as the base list. This is the starting point for setting up all lists. For each field, indicate whether it is shown in the form and whether it is required. Click the lines on the right to change the order of the fields.
