# Adding subscribers to your list

> Add subscribers via the overview, by pasting email addresses or by importing a file.

The best way to add subscribers depends on how many you have and what details you hold for them: just an email address, or also details such as a first name, last name and address.

#### Via the subscriber overview

Go to ‘Subscribers’ and click ‘View’ next to your list. Click ‘Add new subscriber’ above or below the table and follow the steps on the screen. This allows you to fill in multiple fields for the new subscriber straight away.

#### By hand

Do you only want to enter the email address for one or a few subscribers, without filling in other fields straight away? Go to Subscribers → Add → By hand.

Confirm that the new subscribers are 'good' and click ‘Continue’. Paste the email addresses into the text field below, one address per line.

#### Importing a file

If you have multiple email addresses, the quickest way is to import them from an Excel file via Subscribers → Add → Import. You can read how to do this in [Importing a file from Excel or CSV](/hoe-importeer-ik-een-groot-relatiebestand).

With all three methods, you can add extra details to your subscribers afterwards, such as a first and last name or city. The quickest way to do this is with an Excel file, aunque you can also do it manually.
