# How does the Fresh view review work?

> Have your campaign automatically reviewed before sending and receive a report with a score and concrete points for improvement within a few minutes.

Before sending a campaign, you can have it checked with Fresh view. Within a few minutes, you will receive an email report with a score and specific points for improvement. Your campaign is not sent to your subscribers for this: only the content goes to the feedback system.

## Requesting a review

You can request a review directly from the campaign you are working on. You do not need to configure anything in advance.

#### Click ‘Fresh view’ in the editor

Click ‘Fresh view’ in the top right of the editor, in [step 4](/stap-4-vul-het-sjabloon) of your campaign. If you do not see the button, the feature is deactivated for this account.

#### Open the feedback email

Your campaign is sent to the feedback system in the background, and the analysis will be in your inbox within a few minutes.

#### Apply the improvements

Start with the 'quickest win'. Adjust your newsletter in step 4 and feel free to request another review afterwards.

With a free account, you can request a maximum of three reviews per week, and twenty with a paid account.

## What is in the report

The email contains a score of up to 100 points, along with directly applicable feedback to increase that score. Among other things, the analysis assesses the first impression, the design, the content, and the persuasiveness of your texts. The report also highlights the 'quickest win': a single adjustment or tip that will immediately improve your newsletter's score. If you would like to start working on that first impression yourself, take a look at [your subject line](/hoe-schrijf-ik-een-goede-onderwerpregel).

The analysis is generated automatically and may therefore contain inaccuracies or illogical suggestions. Fresh view is intended as an aid, not as professional marketing advice. Laposta does not guarantee any specific results based on these tips.

The feedback email comes from a no-reply address ([review@laposta.nl](mailto:review@laposta.nl)). Replies to this address are neither read nor answered. If you have a question about this feature or about the feedback you received, please email the [helpdesk](mailto:helpdesk@laposta.nl).

## Feedback tailored to your organisation

If you use Fresh view regularly and want the feedback to take your house style, target audience, and terminology into account, you can do so with Fresh view Pro. This also gives you a dedicated feedback section in your own brand colours. This is briefly mentioned in the regular feedback email. You can read about what is possible and how to request it in [Tailored feedback with Fresh view Pro](/frisse-blik-pro).

## Enabling, disabling, and anonymising Fresh view

Administrators can make the ‘Fresh view’ button available or hide it. To do this, go to Settings → Account → Fresh view in the bottom left.

On the same page, you will find ‘Anonymise’. If you set this option to ‘Yes’, Laposta will not include your name when submitting the analysis. You can configure this yourself, with both a free and a paid account.

If you use a [management environment](/wat-is-een-beheeromgeving) across multiple accounts within your organisation, the main administrator must first enable the feature centrally, after which you can switch it on per account. Read how this works in [Using Fresh view from a management environment](/frisse-blik-gebruiken-vanuit-een-beheeromgeving).

## Privacy and data processing

Laposta analyses a submitted newsletter using artificial intelligence. To make this analysis and the visual display of your newsletter possible, Laposta works with non-European suppliers. The following data is shared with these external parties:

* the content of your newsletter
* your account number
* your name as registered in Laposta, unless you set ‘Anonymise’ to ‘Yes’

Your email address is never sent along; Laposta uses temporary anonymous email addresses for this purpose.

Laposta uses Google's Gemini for the analysis. Your data is never used to train AI models. Laposta deletes your newsletter within 14 days of the analysis. In addition, Google may retain it for a maximum of 30 days to detect misuse of the service.
