# Placing a link to your subscribe form in your campaign

> Invite readers of your newsletter to also subscribe to another list.

The standalone subscribe form is placed on its own page, separate from your website, and can be accessed via a unique link. Put this link in a newsletter to invite your readers to sign up for another newsletter or list as well.

#### Open the subscribe page for the right list

Anyone who signs up via a subscribe form is added to the list associated with that form. Create a new list or open the list you want the sign-ups to go to, and navigate to Subscribers → your list → Enrich → Subscribe.

#### Edit the standalone subscribe form

Under ‘Standalone subscribe form’, click ‘Start’ to edit the text and layout of the form. You can read all about what you can edit in [Using and editing the standalone subscribe form](/hoe-pas-ik-het-zelfstandig-aanmeldformulier-aan).

#### Copy the link to the form

Copy the second URL on the page. The top link is the regular subscribe link, which you can share anywhere. For a link in your campaign, use the second URL. It ends with the URL parameter `email={{email}}`, which pre-fills the recipient's email address when they open the form. Copy the entire URL, including the part after the question mark.

#### Put the link in your campaign

Paste the copied link into your newsletter. For example, you can turn it into a button: in the editor, click on the button block, edit the button text under ‘Content’, and paste the link into the field below.
