# Replacing a linked file after delivery

> Upload a new version of your file in Media. The link in your sent newsletter will then automatically point to the new file.

If you spot an error in a linked file after sending your campaign, there is no need to send it again. The link in the newsletter points to the file in your Media library. If you replace the file there, the link stays the same and anyone who clicks it from that point on will see the new version.

1. Edit the file on your own computer.
2. Go to Campaigns → Media → Files and click ‘Details’ next to the old file.
3. Upload the updated version under ‘Different file’ and save your changes.
