# Having a custom accessible template made

> How Laposta designs and builds a template that meets the digital accessibility guidelines.

Laposta can design and build a digitally accessible template for your organisation. The design is created in consultation with you. Usually, a Laposta designer will first create a proposal based on your website, corporate identity, other newsletters and your own instructions. You can then provide feedback, after which the design will be adjusted until it meets your wishes.

Next, the design is converted into HTML code, in accordance with the guidelines for [the content](/inhoud-van-jouw-nieuwsbrief-in-het-kader-van-toegankelijkheid), [the design](/vormgeving-in-het-kader-van-toegankelijkheid) and [the structure of the code](/opbouw-html-code-in-het-kader-van-toegankelijkheid). The template is [a 'Joe'](/wat-moet-ik-doen-om-een-ontwerp-op-maat-te-laten-maken).

## Having the template independently assessed

You can then have the template independently assessed, for example by the [Stichting Accessibility](https://www.accessibility.nl).
