# Connecting Shopify to Laposta

> Synchronise customer data automatically and in real time between your webshop and your lists using the external app by Miix.

With the ‘Laposta Integration’ app, you can connect your Shopify online store to Laposta. This allows you to send targeted campaigns to your customers. The app was created by Miix and is available in the [Shopify App Store](https://apps.shopify.com/laposta-integration).

## What does the app do?

The app offers the following features and is regularly updated with new functionality:

| Feature              | Description                                                                                            |
| -------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| Synchronisation      | Customers are added to one or more lists automatically and in real time via webhooks.                  |
| Two-way sync         | Changes are updated in both directions, so in both Shopify and Laposta.                                |
| Field mapping        | You can map fields such as name, phone number, address, company and tags to (extra) fields in Laposta. |
| Bulk synchronisation | You can add all existing customers to your list or lists with a single click.                          |
| Marketing consent    | Only customers who have subscribed to marketing are synchronised.                                      |

There is no limit to the number of customers you can synchronise. The developer states that the app is fully GDPR-compliant.

## Installing the app

Install the app from its page in the Shopify App Store. Next, enter your [API key](/hoe-kom-ik-aan-een-api-sleutel) in the app settings and select the list or lists and the fields you want to use.
