# Sending remarks with your application

> If it is not clear from your application what you will use Laposta for, the helpdesk will ask for brief remarks by email.

Laposta reviews every new account before it is activated. If your application clearly shows what you are going to use Laposta for, you do not need to do anything. You will immediately receive a confirmation that your account has been approved.

If this is not clear from your application, the helpdesk will send you an email asking for some additional information. This email contains two questions:

* a brief description of what you want to use Laposta for
* the domain name of the corresponding website

Send your reply to [helpdesk@laposta.nl](mailto:helpdesk@laposta.nl), preferably from an email address belonging to the company you want to use Laposta for.
