# What does a tailored starter training involve?

> With a paid subscription, you can request an online training session to help users in your organisation find their way around Laposta.

If your organisation is starting out with Laposta and you have a [paid subscription](/wat-omvat-een-betaald-abonnement-op-laposta), you can request one or more tailored online training sessions from Laposta. The training is intended for all users in your organisation who will be working with Laposta.

During the training, they will learn, among other things:

* how to manage lists
* how to create and send campaigns
* how to read the results

If you have had a [digitally accessible template](/kan-laposta-helpen-een-toegankelijke-nieuwsbrief-te-maken) developed, one of our colleagues will immediately show you how to use it and what you need to do yourself to make the content digitally accessible.

If you would like to know more about the content or costs of an online training session, please send an email to [verkoop@laposta.nl](mailto:verkoop@laposta.nl).

> If you would like to see how Laposta works first before making a decision, you can request a [no-obligation online demo](/kan-ik-een-demo-krijgen-van-laposta).
