# Viewing the results of an automation

> See how often your automation has been started and completed, and view the figures per email and per step.

Under Results → Automations, you will find an overview of all automations that have ever been started. For each automation, you can see the key figures, such as how often the automation has been started, how many emails have been sent and the average rates of the sent emails.

Click ‘View report’ next to an automation for the complete overview.

## Distribution over time

The distribution chart places three series side by side for the period you select in the top right-hand corner:

| Item | Meaning |
| --------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Started | How often the automation has been started. |
| Fully completed | How often the automation has been completed from start to finish. |
| Sent emails | How many emails have been sent from the automation. |

## Figures per email

Each email within an automation has its own statistics. In this section, you can see the main rates for those emails side by side. Click ‘All results’ next to an email to view all the figures.

These are the same types of figures as for a regular newsletter, but you will find them under the automation instead of under the [statistics of a campaign](/welke-statistieken-registreert-laposta-van-mijn-nieuwsbrief). The figures for your lists and subscribers can be found under Subscribers, at [Statistics per list](/welke-statistieken-registreert-laposta-van-elke-lijst) and [Statistics per subscriber](/houdt-laposta-van-elke-relatie-ook-statistieken-bij).

## Details per step

Click ‘Details’ to see how often the various steps in your automation have been completed. You can see this for each trigger and for each action. Click a step to see which subscribers are involved.
