# Setting the delivery time in step 6

> Schedule your newsletter for later or send it immediately, and set whether you want to receive a notification.

Once you have confirmed your campaign in [step 5](/stap-5-laatste-controle), you can decide in this final step when your newsletter will be sent and whether you want to receive a confirmation email.

## Sending later or right away

Under ‘Schedule’, you can choose a moment yourself. By default, this is set to a random time on the next day. You can change the date and time by typing them into the fields or by selecting a time from the drop-down menu.

If you choose ‘Send now’ under ‘Direct’, your newsletter will be sent immediately once you complete this step.

## Receiving a confirmation email

Here, you can specify the email address to which the delivery notification should be sent. You can leave the pre-filled email address as it is, or enter a different address. If you do not wish to receive a notification, simply leave this box empty.

Then click ‘Save date and time’ to save your choice.

## Tracking progress and results

From the scheduled time onwards, you can see the delivery progress as a percentage on the Campaigns → Overview page.

> For small campaigns (a few dozen to a few hundred newsletters), sending takes a few seconds at most. For large campaigns (tens of thousands of newsletters or more), this can take several minutes.

As soon as the first newsletters have arrived, you will see the acceptance, open, click, and unsubscribe rates in [the results of your campaign](/hoe-lees-ik-de-resultaten-van-verzonden-campagnes). The sent campaign remains in [your campaign overview](/hoe-vind-ik-snel-de-campagnes-die-zijn-verzonden-of-worden-bewerkt), so you can find it again later and [copy it for a future newsletter](/hoe-maak-ik-makkelijk-en-snel-een-volgende-nieuwsbrief).
