# Viewing feedback for unsubscribes

> You can find the reasons and comments provided by unsubscribers per campaign or with the subscriber themselves.

When a subscriber unsubscribes, they can provide a reason and leave a comment. You can view a summary of this feedback per campaign, or read the feedback for each unsubscribe individually.

> **Note**
>
> A thumbs up or down that subscribers leave in the newsletter itself works differently from feedback given when unsubscribing. For more information, see [Placing a feedback button in your newsletter](/kan-ik-een-feedback-knop-plaatsen-in-mijn-nieuwsbrief).

## Viewing the overview per campaign

Go to Results → Campaigns → Feedback and select the campaign you want to view at the top. First, you will see the number of sent emails, the number of unsubscribes, and for how many of those a reason was provided. Below that, you will find the reasons with their numbers and the comments that unsubscribers typed in themselves.

You can configure which reasons an unsubscriber can choose for each list yourself. You can read how to do this in [Allowing subscribers to provide a reason when unsubscribing](/kunnen-mijn-relaties-een-reden-opgeven-voor-hun-afmelding).

## Viewing feedback per subscriber

If you want to know who filled in what, you can find the individual unsubscribes in two places:

* With the campaign, under Results → Campaigns → Unsubscribes.
* With the subscriber, under Subscribers → your list → Browse → Details.

Unsubscribes leave you with a list of people who actually want to receive your newsletter. You can read what happens to a subscriber after unsubscribing in [Unsubscribing subscribers from your list](/een-relatie-meldt-zich-af-wordt-die-automatisch-uitgeschreven).
