# Reloading missing images in a Joe template

> Are not all images in your Joe template loading in step 4? Solve this by reloading the template.

When creating a new campaign, a [custom Joe template](/wat-moet-ik-doen-om-een-ontwerp-op-maat-te-laten-maken) sometimes fails to load all images. You can resolve this by reloading the template.

To do this, click the ‘Reload template, keep content’ link at the bottom left in step 4. Anything you have already added to your newsletter will remain in place.

Can you see the images yourself, while your subscribers cannot? Then this is caused by the email client rather than your template.
