# Connecting Mijnwebwinkel to Laposta

> Automatically synchronise customers and newsletter sign-ups from your webshop.

Mijnwebwinkel is a Dutch company that offers an affordable and user-friendly online shop system. With this integration, customers and newsletter subscribers from your online shop are automatically added to Laposta. From Laposta, you can then email them a weekly offer, for example.

## Setting up the integration

You do not set up the integration in Mijnwebwinkel itself, but on the Combidesk integration page: [https://combidesk.com/integration/mijnwebwinkel-laposta](https://combidesk.com/integration/mijnwebwinkel-laposta). There, you follow the steps and choose which data is forwarded to Laposta:

* Whether or not to import existing orders
* Whether or not to import existing newsletter subscriptions
* Orders and newsletter subscriptions together in one list, or separately
* Whether or not to transfer unconfirmed newsletter subscriptions

Combidesk describes the installation step by step in the [user manual for this integration](http://help.combidesk.com/installatiehandleidingen/mijnwebwinkel/gebruikershandleiding-mijnwebwinkel-laposta-koppeling).

## Which data is exchanged

The integration retrieves two groups and places the email address, first name and last name of both into Laposta.

### Customers who place an order

This data is only added once the order has been completed.

### Newsletter subscribers

If customers tick the box during their order to indicate that they want to receive the newsletter, the integration passes on their details. You can enable this checkbox in Mijnwebwinkel under ‘Modules’, at the newsletter option.

By default, Mijnwebwinkel sends an email requesting confirmation (double opt-in) for such a subscription. In the Netherlands, this is not required. If you want unconfirmed subscriptions to also be added to Laposta, please indicate this on the [Combidesk integration page](https://combidesk.com/integration/mijnwebwinkel-laposta).

> **Warning**
>
> Do not also set the list in which these subscriptions arrive in Laposta to double opt-in. Otherwise, the subscriber will have to confirm twice.

## How often is the data updated?

The Mijnwebwinkel API does not have webhooks. Therefore, the integration checks every half hour whether new data is ready. This means it takes at most half an hour before new data appears in Laposta.

If you want to synchronise immediately, click ‘Verversen’ (Refresh) on the Combidesk integration page.

## Costs

Our partner Combidesk developed this integration. The integration costs 5 euros per month, with a free trial period of one month. Laposta itself is free for up to 2,000 subscribers.
