# Connecting PerfectView to Laposta

> Automatically synchronise the names and email addresses of your customers between PerfectView and Laposta.

[PerfectView](https://www.perfectviewcrm.nl/marketing/) is a Dutch software package for CRM, contact management, sales, marketing, project management and customer service.

With this integration, the names and email addresses of your customers are automatically added to Laposta, ensuring your subscriber list is up to date whenever you want to send a newsletter. If you assign attributes to these subscribers, you can tailor your offering to a specific target group and make your message more relevant.

## Setting up the integration

You cannot set up the integration in PerfectView itself, but you can do so on the [Combidesk integration page](https://combidesk.com/integration/perfectview-laposta). Follow the steps there and enter the API details for your PerfectView account and your Laposta account. The integration will then be active immediately.

## Which data is exchanged?

## How often is the data updated?

The integration checks every fifteen minutes whether any new data has been added in PerfectView. This means you never have to wait more than 15 minutes for a new subscriber. If you do not want to wait, click the ‘Refresh’ icon on the Combidesk integration page.

## Costs

This integration was developed by our partner Combidesk and costs €12.50 per month, with a free one-month trial period. Using Laposta is free for up to 2,000 subscribers.
