# Connecting Teamleader to Laposta

> Automatically synchronise contacts and tags from Teamleader with your subscriber base.

Teamleader is an easy-to-use all-in-one package for CRM, sales, invoicing, and project management.

With [this integration](https://marketplace.teamleader.eu/nl/nl/detail/combidesk/laposta/20905e?utm_source=laposta\&utm_medium=referral\&utm_campaign=partner), the names and email addresses of your contacts are automatically transferred to Laposta, so your subscriber list is ready whenever you want to send a newsletter. In addition to names and email addresses, the [tags from Teamleader](/worden-tags-ook-overgenomen) are also transferred, allowing you to segment using the same categories.

## Setting up the integration

You configure the integration on the Combidesk integration page: [https://combidesk.com/combipackageinstall/teamleader-laposta](https://combidesk.com/combipackageinstall/teamleader-laposta). Only entering the API key is required; the other steps are optional.

#### Enter your Teamleader API key

Enter the API key of your Teamleader account. Without this key, Combidesk cannot retrieve your data.

#### Choose whether to use a custom field

With a custom field, you can keep track in Teamleader of whether a contact wants to receive a newsletter. This is not required, because Laposta keeps track of this itself as well. If you do want to use the field, create it first in Teamleader under Settings → Custom fields. You can name the field ‘Newsletter’. Choose yes/no as the type.

#### Indicate whether existing contacts should be transferred immediately

Choose whether the contacts that are already in Teamleader should also be transferred to Laposta immediately.

## How often is the data updated?

Every 15 minutes, the integration checks whether new data has been added in Teamleader. So you will wait at most 15 minutes for a new contact. If you need it faster, click the ‘Verversen’ (Refresh) icon on the Combidesk integration page.

This integration was developed by our partner Combidesk and costs 10 euros per month, with a one-month free trial period. Using Laposta is free up to 2,000 subscribers.
