# What is included in a paid subscription?

> Access to all features, unlimited sending, extra users with roles, and customisable footer and privacy settings.

With a paid subscription, the conditions that apply to a free account no longer apply. In addition, there are features that Laposta only sets up for you if you have a subscription.

## What is included in your subscription as standard?

These options are part of every paid subscription and you do not need to request them separately:

* All Laposta features in your account, including the features that a free account does not have.
* Sending an unlimited number of newsletters to your subscribers.
* No reference to Laposta at the bottom of your newsletters.
* Telephone support in addition to support by email.
* Adding an unlimited number of extra [users](/hoe-maak-ik-voor-collegas-extra-logins-aan), with individual permissions and roles for each user.
* Customising the text and design of the footer for unsubscribing and updating details yourself.

With a paid subscription, you can also ask the helpdesk to activate [other settings for tracking and reporting](/tracking-en-rapportage) to fully or partially anonymise results and thus protect the privacy of recipients.

## What can you request as an extra?

You can request these items separately from Laposta. Additional costs may apply. Whether you need a paid subscription for this varies per item. You can read more about this in the corresponding article:

* Using your own [management environment](/wat-is-een-beheeromgeving) if you have multiple accounts (this was previously called an overview account).
* Having a [contact centre](/wat-is-het-contactcentrum) implemented.
* Having your [own data processing agreement](/verwerkersovereenkomst-met-laposta) signed by Laposta.
* In addition to logging in via [two-step verification](/tweestapsverificatie), also having [single sign-on](/single-sign-on-sso) implemented.
* Having a [tailored online starter training](/online-starttraining-op-maat) provided.
* Having your newsletters sent [from a dedicated IP-address](/kan-ik-mijn-nieuwsbrief-vanaf-een-eigen-ip-adres-versturen): two IP-addresses for 100 euros per month, excluding VAT.
* Having [Fresh view Pro](/frisse-blik-pro) set up: a one-off fee of 395 euros and 295 euros per year thereafter, excluding VAT.
