What is the Contact centre?

Some organisations send different types of newsletters. A municipality might for example have a separate newsletter for business owners, and one for sustainability, aside from the general newsletter. And a magazine publisher may have multiple titles for which subscribers must be allowed to unsubscribe.

With the Contact centre, it is possible to have one space where subscribers can easily sign up for multiple newsletters. It does not matter if the data is stored in separate lists, in a field of a list, or even in different accounts. Subscribers will also be able to view and change their current subscriptions.
