What is the contact centre?
Some organisations send different kinds of newsletters. A municipality, for example, may have a general newsletter, a newsletter for entrepreneurs and one for sustainability. And a publisher of magazines may have different titles to which subscribers should be able to subscribe.
The Contact Centre enables you to create one spot where subscribers can sign up for these different newsletters. It does not matter if the data is stored in different lists, in a field of a list, or even in different accounts. Subscribers also have the option of viewing and changing their current subscriptions.
The Contact Centre consists of one standalone form that comes from our servers, but can also be embedded into an existing website.
