How do I convert an email address into a test address for sending?

You can indicate for each subscriber in your list if their email address may be used to test campaigns. 

You can change this on the page Subscribers → View, where you click 'Details' for the relevant subscriber.

When manually creating a single new subscriber, you can immediately indicate this.
