How do I create additional fields for my list?
In our program, you can create additional fields for a list under Subscribers → Edit settings → Fields.
By default, a list always includes your subscriber's email address. If you want to include more details about your subscriber in your list (e.g. a first and last name) you must first create additional fields. You can use the information from these extra fields to personalise your newsletter.
To create an additional field, go to the page Subscribers → Edit settings → Fields and click on the 'Add new field' button, below the table. You can then enter the name of the field and indicate whether the field is a text field, numeric field, date field or a multiple-choice field. You can also indicate whether the field should be included on the subscribe form and in the overview of your list. Finally, you can indicate whether the field is mandatory (to be filled in by your subscriber) and enter the default value of the field.
You can change the order of the fields by dragging and dropping them in the overview of fields.
