Can I display the unsubscribe message in another language?

Yes, you can display the unsubscribe message in English, Dutch, German, French or Spanish. 

You can change the language of the unsubscribe message on the page Subscribers → Edit settings (for the relevant list) → General; there, you select the language for the list.
