Creating your own Zapier connection (a 'Zap')
There are more than 2000 applications that you can connect to Laposta using Zapier. We have prepared some of them (see link below). If you can't find the required connection, you can easily create your own Zap.
First connect to Laposta
- Create an account on Zapier (or log in if you already have an account)
- Go to 'My Apps' in the menu on the left
- Type 'Laposta' into the search bar and click 'Connect'
- A window will appear where you have to enter your API key. You can find the API key in your Laposta account under Connect (bottom left of the screen).
Create a Zap
You can now connect to another system. This is called a 'Zap'. Click 'Zaps' in the menu on the left, and then click 'Create Zap'. When creating a zap, you need to set up triggers and actions.
Triggers
A trigger is an event that is considered the start of an action. Usually there will be another application in which the event takes place: for example, adding a contact to an administration system.
Laposta can also be the start of a Zap. The triggers that Laposta supports are:
- Adding a subscriber
- Editing a subscriber
- Deleting a subscriber
Actions
When a trigger has occurred, an action must follow. Laposta knows the following actions:
- Adding or editing a subscriber
- Deleting a subscriber
