Can I use the plugin for any WordPress website?

No, you can only use the plugin if you WordPress website is hosted under its own domain name.

Websites that operate under wordpress.com - and thus have wordpress.com as an extension of their domain name - cannot install proprietary plugins. This includes our plugin. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about this.
