How does the data exchange work?

Which customers are imported?

Only the customers marked as having consented to marketing emails will be imported to Laposta. This consent can be selected in Lightspeed under the customer details.

One-time import at the start

Do you to import all of your existing customers in Laposta immediately when making the connection? This is possible; you can indicate it while installing this app.

How often is the data synchronised?

Changes are copied about once per 15 minutes. If you want to synchronise immediately, you can click the 'Refresh' icon on the Combidesk connection page.
