Why are some images in my (Joe type) template not shown?

Are you working with a Joe type custom template (with this editor), and do some images not appear? This happens, sometimes when creating campaigns not all images load correctly. 

You can quickly fix this by yourself, if you reload the template. 

In Step 4, you click on 'Repeat template, keep contents' (bottom left of the screen) for this.
