Where can I see the feedback?

There are several places in our application where you can see the feedback. On the page Results → Campaigns → Feedback, you can find an overview of the reasons selected for each campaign. Under it is an overview of all 'Other' reasons people have written.

Furthermore, you can find individual instances of subscribers giving feedback on these pages:

• Between unsubscribes on the page Results → Campaigns → Unsubscribes;
• With the subscribers on Subscribers → (click list) → View → Details.
