Can my subscriber see what data I import from them?
For each subscriber list, and for each field, you can indicate which fields are visible in the subscribe and editing form and what your subscribers can thus see and edit.
At the bottom of your newsletter there is a link to the editing form by default, for your subscribers to edit their data. What fields a subscriber can see, depend on the settings you have applied; if a field is not marked as 'required', it is not shown in the editing form by default. You can make fields visible or invisible in the editing form yourself, find out how to do that here. You can also hide the link to the edit form (in the footer of your newsletter).
Please note: prevent your subscribers from being able to see others' data! This can only happen when data not meant for this purpose is imported via the 'multiple-choice field, multiple options' feature. For example: when you import email addresses as a multiple choice field, all email addresses in that multiple choice field are visible for everyone in the subscribe form. This may even constitute a data leak. If you have any questions about this, please contact our helpdesk.
