Can I request a customised design? (option 3)

If you have a paid Laposta account, you can ask our designers to develop a custom template for you.

A custom template is fully tailored to you. Such a template is helpful if you are not certain how to design your newsletter, or if you have very specific preferences for your newsletter.

You have two options for a custom design: 

1. A Charlie design - a design for the drag & drop editor

Based on your website and your preferences (and, for example, your corporate style guide book), our designers create a template for you. They do this with the (elaborate) functions in our drag & drop editor.

2. A Joe design - custom design and build

Based on your website and your preferences (and, for example, your corporate style guide book), our designers first create a draft of your newsletter's layout. Then, they transform this design into a template. Because the code for this design is specially programmed (in HTML), there are more possibilities for this option.

A Joe design also uses a different, equally elaborate editor, that maintains the consistency in your newsletters' design (because other users in your account cannot change the design). 

This design can also be made digitally accessible.
