Can I import any self-made template?

No, you can only import a self-made template in your account that is formatted in HTML.

You cannot import a template created in Photoshop or any other drawing program into Laposta. You will have to convert this template to HTML first. Only text, images and links that are coded in HTML can be properly displayed in your newsletter.

Did you make a draft yourself? Then first check if you can also create this by using one of our basic templates.

If necessary, we can convert your draft to HTML. This requires quite some work. Our designers must then build the template from scratch in HTML. The costs for this are the same as those for requesting a customised template.
