How come my newsletter doesn't look right when forwarding and replying?
When forwarding and replying to a newsletter, the design is often partially lost. Unfortunately, nothing can be done about this.
When forwarding and replying, your subscribers' email clients often change the underlying HTML code, which alters the layout: your newsletter gets chunks of white space, the colours change, fonts change, or worse.
When testing the design of your newsletter, we therefore recommend that you send your test mail directly from our program to colleagues who will be evaluating your newsletter.
If you send the test emails to yourself first and then forward them from your own email client to your colleagues, you run the risk of the design of your newsletter being changed by your own email client.
When creating your newsletter campaign, you can easily send test emails to several people at the same time in Step 4.
