What statistics does Laposta record from my newsletter?

Laposta records a large number of data for each newsletter. All data are presented in elegant and well-organized pie charts, scatter charts, and tables.

For each campaign, Laposta registers the number of sent, accepted, and opened newsletters. Our application also records how many times links have been clicked in the newsletter (and which links, exactly), and how many people have unsubscribed. These data are also contained in an acceptance, open, click, and unsubscribe ratio.

  • You can find all actions your subscribers directly or indirectly take when viewing your newsletter under Opens.
  • All actions that concern clicking in your newsletter are viewable under Clicks.
  • For all activity, from opening to viewing the web version of your newsletter, you will see a scatter chart in our application. With these charts, you can also see the email addresses that took the action.
We only record statistics for the personalised web version (in the newsletter). For the general web version (link), this is not the case.

You can find the amount of clicks on a link in your statistics. This report tells you how many times your newsletter subscribers have clicked to visit your website, viewed your file(s), or clicked one of your social media buttons. Laposta also has an overlay of your newsletter.

By the way, Laposta cannot measure the amount of clicks on a mailto:-links. A mailto:-links opens an email client on your subscriber's computer. Laposta is not a part of this process. (All ordinary links can run through our servers, but mailto:-links cannot).
