Can I just use a Word or PDF file and send it as a newsletter?

If you have created a newsletter in another program, e.g. Word, PowerPoint, PDF, Pages, InDesign, Photoshop or a similar tool, it is unfortunately not possible to send it with Laposta.

The underlying format size is different from these programs, and there is no easy way to convert from one format to another.

There are two options:

1. The best option is to recreate the newsletter in our drag & drop editor. The result may not be 100% the similar, but it will be a modern newsletter that is technically up to date and will be displayed well in all email clients, including small screens (responsive).
2. The other option is to add your file as an attachment to a very simple newsletter. In the drag & drop editor, you will only have to write some lines of text and add a link to your file.
