How do I change my hostname?

When you apply for your account, we will automatically assign you a hostname. You can see your hostname on the page Settings → Hostname.

Perhaps the automatically created hostname is not entirely to your preference. You may also send newsletters for different organisations or subsidiaries from your account. When creating a newsletter campaign for another company or organisation, it could be useful to change the hostname.

You can change the hostname on the page Settings → Hostname.

Your hostname must contain 3 to 30 characters. The hostname may only consist of letters, numbers and the hyphen (-).

If you change your hostname, your old newsletters will of course remain available to your subscribers (under the old hostname).
