What are my options in a customised design? - Charlie and Joe!

You have two options for requesting a customized template.

Option 1. Charlie: Design for drag & drop editor

When you opt for a Charlie, our designers use the extensive functionalities in our drag & drop editor to create a design based on your website and requests.

Option 2. Joe: Digitally accessible design for a special editor

When you request a Joe template, our designers will first create a draft newsletter based on your website and requests. With your approval, they will turn this design into a HTML template. A Joe template also uses a different editor.

This newsletter can also be made digitally accessible. Letting an RSS feed run in allows you to generate parts of your content automatically. Additionally, the template is developed for desktop and mobile display, so you don't have to adjust your campaigns for a mobile display.

Both options have their benefits and drawbacks. Naturally, a Joe design, where the template is built from the ground up in HTML, has the most advantages by comparison. You can read more about the differences between these two templates, and their pros and cons, here.
