How does user management work in the admin interface?

In the admin interface, you can easily manage users of all Laposta accounts in your organisation.

Since November 1st, 2023, you no longer have to log into each account separately for this, as you can do it directly from the admin interface. To do this, simply click on the amount of users you see in brackets behind each account name.

This wil take you to a page where you have immediate user management over the selected account. You can select another account using the pull-down menu, or you can click 'see all users (of all accounts)' to keep an overview of all users of all accounts. Moreover, you can export the users per account or for all accounts to an Excel file.

You can create new users for each account, give a user administrative rights, or set up mandatory two-step verification per user. You can also give a user access to multiple accounts.
