Which permissions do I have in my account?
If you have a free Laposta account, each user has all permissions in the account. If you are working with a paid account (a subscription or email credits), the account administrator can assign a role to each user in the account, which accompanying access permissions for the account functionalities.
When you are logged in, you can see the name of your role under the account number and your login name. On the Login page, you can see which role you have on the Login page under the Permissions heading. Click the name of your role to see which permissions you have.
Do you want more or fewer permissions in your Laposta account? Contact your account administrator.
Is your role in the account Administrator? You have all permissions, you can create new users in the account, and assign roles to other users.
You can read here which permissions are attributed to default roles in Laposta.
NB. Only if another user in your account has previously (before the implementation of this functionality) indicated that you may not manage subscribers, you do not have a 'default' role, and the administrator of your account has to assign you a role, so that you can see this immediately upon logging into your account.
