Laposta is requesting an explanatory note. How do I proceed?

We assess each new account first. We want to prevent our program from being used for spam or other unwanted emails.

If it is clear to us from your application what you are going to use our program for, you do not have to provide any explanation. You will then receive immediate confirmation that your account has been approved.

If we are unable to determine from your application what you intend to use our program for, we will ask you to provide an explanation by email. We will then ask you for the following:

  • A brief explanation of the purpose for which you want to use our program, and
  • The domain name of your associated site.

We prefer to receive this explanation via an email address of the company for which you want to use our program.
