Are there any restrictions to the free account?

We impose five conditions on the use of a free account: .

1. Up to 2000 subscribers

With your free account you can send newsletters to a maximum of 2000 subscribers.

2. Up to 12,000 newsletters per month

With your free account you can send a maximum of 12,000 newsletters per month.

3. Reference to Laposta at the bottom of every newsletter

With your free account there is a discreet reference to Laposta at the bottom of every newsletter you send with our program. Our logo is displayed at the bottom of each newsletter and the message "This email was sent using the Laposta newsletter program" appears.

4. A maximum of one free account per company

There is a maximum of one free account per organisation (company, association).

5. Support only by email

Unfortunately, it is not feasible for us to provide telephone support to users with a free account. Questions about the free account can only be asked by email.

Aside from that, you benefit from almost all functionalities with a free Laposta account. A paid subscription obviously has a some additional features.
