Repeatedly importing and deleting lists
We offer our program free of charge to organisations that have fewer than 2000 subscribers. This holds that there is no possibility to delete lists or subscribers in order to stay below this limit. In this way, organisations with (far) more than 2000 subscribers would also be able to also use our program free of charge.
How do we calculate the amount of subscribers?
- We do not count subscribers that have unsubscribed, or that are no longer available due to a hard bounce. The subscribers we count are active subscribers (and active email addresses).
- In addition, we keep track of how many unique subscribers are used in an account. Those are the unique email addresses that are added to and removed from the account. Not just currently, but over the duration of the (free) account.
- In your account overview (under Account > Subscription) you can see how many active subscribers you presently have in your account. Do you have a free account? Then you will also see how many subscribers you have had in your account thus far.
If you have (had) more than 2000 active and/or unique subscribers, there are two options:
1. Subscription
The subscription fee depends exclusively on the number of active subscribers, see:
You may send an unlimited number of newsletters for the stated fees. There is no reference to Laposta at the bottom of the sent newsletters.
2. Mailcredits
If you send fewer than six to eight newsletters a year, buying mailcredits is cheaper than a subscription. See:
We hope that you will understand this rule.
