How do I delete my free account?

If you are sure you want to discontinue, you can terminate your free account yourself and delete it from our records. Sometimes customers ask us to delete the account, but we prefer not to do that to avoid mistakes.

Deletion can be done within your own account at the Login page.

Please note that this will permanently delete your account. This cannot be undone afterwards. Your customer data and (newsletter results) will be permanently lost when you delete your account.

However, there is no need to delete your account. If you do not log in for 450 days, we will send you an email asking whether you still want to use your free account. Without a notification to the contrary, we will assume that we can cancel your free account.
