Yes, of course you can print your newsletter.

To do this, it is best to view the web version of your newsletter.

You can find the correct link to each newsletter within your account on the page Campaigns → Browse. Select the relevant newsletter and click View. Then, in the overview of this newsletter, click on the link ‘Click here for your web version’ at the top of the newsletter. Another window will open in your browser in which you can view your newsletter.

Open the print menu in your browser. This menu enables you to modify all kinds of settings, including the size and whether or not to print background images and colours. It is also possible to indicate whether or not you want to show page numbers, your website address and other similar data.

Regarding background images: by default, browsers omit all background colours and patterns when printing a web page. If you enable background colour printing for your browser, you will get your newsletter printed properly.

For example, when using Internet Explorer, you do this by modifying the Internet Explorer settings as follows:

1. Open the Tools menu; go to Internet Options
2. Activate the Advanced tab
3. In the Print section, turn on the option to print background colours and images
4. Click 'OK'

Finally, if your newsletter is long, you will have to print it out over several pages for the sake of readability. This may result in a page break in odd places in your newsletter.
