Where can I find the web version link of my sent newsletter?

You can find the web version link of sent newsletters within your account on the page Campaigns → Browse.

On this page, select the sent newsletter and click on the link: View. Scrolling down a bit, you will see the option 'View web version' under the heading Newsletter on the right-hand side (next to 'Download as pdf'). Click on this. Another window will open in which you can view your newsletter. The link in your address bar is the web version link.

You can use the web version link for reference in your CMS, for example, to post your newsletter on your own website. You can also use this link to the web version on LinkedIn, Twitter, or Facebook. The link does not contain any personal information.

The web version links can normally not be found by Google, but once you post the link on your website, they can. Information in your newsletter will then be indexed by, for example, Google.

Finally, if you have personalised your newsletter, it will also be displayed in a personalised format when using the general web version link. For example, at the top of your newsletter it will say 'Dear {{first name}} {{last name}},'.

If you do not want this, you can also use the link from the newsletter you sent to yourself. It will then contain your details. Alternatively, you can download the html, modify it and store it on your own server.
