Moving data from one account to another

When a new account is created, it is sometimes convenient to transfer subscriber lists, previously sent newsletters, templates and results from the old account to the new account. But because of the interconnectedness of the data within an account, you cannot transfer all data.

Which data can be transferred, and how?

• Subscriber lists can be exported and re-imported into the new account. This does not include the history;
• The signup form must be set up again in the new account;
• Campaigns cannot be moved, but it is possible to create a template of a sent campaign. We can then move the template;
• Templates can be transferred without problems (we will do this for you);
• Results cannot be transferred.
