How do I terminate my account?

As a subscriber, you can cancel your account by letter, fax or email, up to the last day of your subscription.

Do you have a free account? Then you can cancel your account yourself and remove it from our records. You can do this on the Login page (when you are logged into your account), by clicking 'Delete my account'.

Please keep in mind that you will then permanently delete your account. This cannot be undone afterwards. The data of your subscribers, your newsletters and results will be permanently lost when you delete your account.

You do not necessarily have to delete your account yourself because we also do this after a long period of inactivity.
