Acceptance ratio
Acceptance ratio means the percentage of (sent) newsletters that have been accepted by your subscribers' mail servers.
If a newsletter is not accepted, this is called a 'hard-bounce'. This can happen for a number of reasons; the most common is that the email address no longer exists.
A sending address that has DMARC set up can also lead to hard-bounces. This can be solved by authenticating the domain.
An acceptance ratio of 98% means that 98 out of 100 subscribers will actually receive your newsletter in their mailbox.
