Opens

By opens we mean all statistics of your campaign that directly or indirectly give information about the views of your newsletters..

These statistics include the number of sent newsletters, the number of accepted newsletters, the number of opened newsletters, the number of newsletters that were immediately clicked away, the number of newsletters that were viewed (briefly) and the number of newsletters that were read (at length).
